Basically take a nespresso capsule, run your knife around the very edge and peel off the alu foil and empty and wash the inside. Make sure it is very dry and then fill it with your favorite coffee packing it down a little as you go. Cut a round of alu foil and cover and pinch it around the edge. It works even better with the "l'or" brand ones because they are heavy duty plastic and can be re-used over and over. The nespresso ones only last a few times before they take a beating and need to be thrown out. :)
It's kind of finicky and a pain to do but hey when you've got time...
