Iced coffee

On these hot days an iced coffee tastes juuuust right after lunch :-)
To make one here's my MilkJam ice coffee recipe:
- 1 sachet if instant coffee (or 2tsp)
- cold milk
- sugar (I used agave syrup because it dissolves better, could try maple syrup or honey maybe?)
- ice, or frozen coffee cubes like I so as not to water down my frappé
as they melt...

Stir well making sure you fully dissolve the coffee granules and enjoy!

* the red heart Ikea ice cube trays are not a requirement but sure are fun! ;-)

Oh that reminds me, I bought a cappucino/frapaccino maching for my work. I have never tried the iced drinks but now in summer maybe I will!

thanks ladies! it is so yummy in this heatwave we're having! :-) plus it's mostly stuff you've got hanging around the house anyway... when we have leftover coffee in the morning i just fill up the ice cube tray and freeze it :-)

@emmy I'm on "vacation" (ie chômage...) I've been looking for a new job since March (anything, teaching or not..) and haven't had the best of luck! I do have an interview coming up next week. I'll be sure to let you know how it goes... it's so unsettling not knowing what you'll be doing! what will you do next year?

yea, im on 'vacation' too. im doing a bilan de cmpetances at the mo as I need help to wrk out what it's possible to do in frannce other than teaching (im done with that) but i fear it will be nigh on impossible to get out of the teaching black hole. Good luck for your interview, please let us know how it goes!

I hate doing nothing...i'm bored with my life of leisure. We dont even have a garden to sit out in this nice weather. :o(
